We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including daily operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to manage budgets and financials
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beverages
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a high level of customer service
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure a positive dining experience and encourage repeat business
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively

Salary: $1200 per month
