Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products before they are released to the market. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report bugs, create test plans, and execute manual and automated tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, as well as experience with testing tools and techniques. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, suitable for men with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for new product features
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Conduct manual testing as well as write automated tests using testing tools
- Monitor ongoing product stability by performing regression tests
- Continuously improve QA processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, including agile methodologies
- Experience writing test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
