We are seeking a talented and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques.

Primary responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to drive sales
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor competitors' activities and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities for growth
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets and uphold the hotel's high standards of customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Experience working in a luxury hotel is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and creating sales plans
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
