A popular Indian restaurant in Siauliai is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including marketing initiatives and cost control measures.
- Train and develop staff to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Create work schedules for staff that align with business needs while adhering to labor laws.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Lithuanian is an asset but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff to achieve goals.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability through effective cost control measures.
- Knowledgeable about Indian cuisine with the ability to train staff on food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus performance-based bonuses.
