English Teacher

We are in search of a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Porto. As an English Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying ages and levels. You will also be responsible for assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and interactive English lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and keep them motivated
- Assess students' language abilities and provide feedback on their progress
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters learning
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and share best practices
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language (ESL)
- Native or near-native fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our teachers.
