Job Title: Indian Pastry Chef - English Speaking (Hawalli, Kuwait)


We are a busy restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait looking for a skilled Indian Pastry Chef who is fluent in English. As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts for our customers. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking pastries, decorating desserts, and managing inventory. You must be able to follow recipes accurately and have a strong understanding of different baking techniques. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensure high quality presentation of all pastries and desserts
- Manage inventory by ordering supplies when needed and keeping track of stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area at all times
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of desserts for orders
- Train new pastry chefs on baking techniques and safety procedures
