Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Remish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of our projects, from initiation to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor all project activities
- Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Lead project teams and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and report regularly on status, issues, and risks
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget while meeting quality standards
- Conduct regular project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards a common goal
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools/software
