We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans, performing site inspections, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop architectural designs based on client requirements, building codes, and regulations
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site inspections to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Collaborate with engineers to address structural, mechanical, and electrical considerations in the design process
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the project timeline

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
