Facade Maintenance Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Acre. As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repairs of building facades, ensuring they are safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of building facades to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Clean and maintain exterior surfaces of buildings, including windows, walls, and roofs
- Repair or replace damaged or worn components of facades, such as glass panels, metal cladding, or waterproofing systems
- Utilize equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, and lifts to access high areas of the facade
- Install new facade elements according to design plans and specifications
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for future reference

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques used in building facades
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using appropriate safety equipment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with different types of facade systems such as glass curtain walls or stone cladding
- Certification in facade maintenance or related field from a recognized institution

Salary:
$1100 per month

Location:
Acre, Israel.
