Chef de Cuisine

As our Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, from menu creation and food preparation to inventory management and kitchen staff supervision. You will work closely with the executive chef to maintain high quality standards and ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to perfection.

In addition to your culinary skills, we are looking for someone with strong leadership abilities who can motivate and manage a team of diverse kitchen staff. You must also have excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet the expectations of our guests
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality standards are met
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce food costs without compromising quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Sheduva
