We are in need of a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Siauliai. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques. Your main goal will be to ensure that all concrete structures are sturdy, safe, and meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up forms and performing necessary excavation work
- Mix, pour, and level concrete using hand or power tools
- Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels or power screeds
- Install reinforcement materials such as rebar or wire mesh
- Monitor concrete curing process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality
- Repair damaged or cracked concrete structures using patching materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different types of concrete and their properties
- Basic math skills for measuring, mixing, and calculating material requirements

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Siauliai (Preference for Indian candidates)
