Entry-Level Turner
As an entry-level Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used to shape and cut metal parts. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, setting up machines, and performing quality checks on finished products. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience or a student looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of metalworking. We are specifically seeking Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have a strong interest in the manufacturing industry. This position is based in Washington and offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for metal parts
- Set up machines according to specifications and make any necessary adjustments
- Operate machinery such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drills to shape and cut metal parts
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and make any necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks on finished products
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and operate machinery safely
- Previous experience in metalworking is preferred but not required
