Skilled Turner in Washington

As a Skilled Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision metal parts. You will work with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastic to create parts according to specifications and blueprints. Your duties will include setting up and adjusting machines, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and monitoring the production process for quality control.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Turner and possess strong knowledge of different types of machine tools and their functions. You should also be skilled in reading blueprints, using precision measuring instruments, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.

The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. You must also be physically fit to operate heavy machinery and able to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills are essential for working collaboratively with other team members.
