Driver Supervisor
A transportation company in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled and experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of drivers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in driving and supervising drivers, as well as a valid driver's license. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of drivers, ensuring they are following all safety protocols and driving regulations
- Create schedules for drivers, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods
- Monitor drivers' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Train new drivers on company policies, procedures, and routes
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition
- Handle any customer complaints or issues related to the drivers or their performance
- Keep accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and deliveries

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a driver, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws/regulations
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
