Industrial Architect

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Greenland. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, from factories and warehouses to power plants and refineries. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop industrial building designs based on client needs and requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design software.
- Collaborate with engineers to incorporate structural design elements into projects.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that construction meets design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software.
- Strong understanding of industrial building construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Salary: $1100 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
