Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Salalah. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects at construction sites, ports, and other industrial settings. You will also be in charge of inspecting and maintaining the crane equipment to ensure safe operation.

To excel in this role, you must have a valid crane operator's license and at least 2 years of experience operating cranes. You should also have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to crane operation. The ability to work in extreme weather conditions and at high elevations is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes
- Inspect crane equipment before use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure safe operation at all times
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials or objects according to instructions
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Keep accurate records of materials lifted, moved, or positioned by the crane
- Troubleshoot any issues with the crane equipment and report any malfunctions immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator's license/certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating different types of cranes
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to crane operation
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to understand verbal instructions
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month for this position.
