Construction Project Manager



A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Malayalees and Kenyans.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include managing budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, and strong leadership skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Salary: $1500 per month
Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This position does not include accommodation.
