Seasonal Barista in Albena, Bulgaria

We are hiring a seasonal barista to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the coffee shop, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a temporary position with no experience or English language skills required. We welcome applicants of all nationalities and provide accommodation for our employees. The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions they may have
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock inventory as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Any other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Bulgaria without sponsorship

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal position from May to September. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the coffee shop but will typically be 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Accommodation will be provided for employees at a nearby hotel. Applicants must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
