Indian Executive Chef in Bansko, Bulgaria

We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our growing team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the menus, as well as overseeing the kitchen operations. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$, without accommodation provided. However, we will provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design innovative Indian menus that meet our guests' expectations and dietary requirements
- Manage and train kitchen staff on food preparation, safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Valid work visa for Bulgaria (visa sponsorship available)
