Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Utena. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems and procedures in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve identifying problems, conducting research, recommending solutions, and implementing changes to enhance the overall performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand system requirements and make recommendations for enhancements
- Conduct research on new technologies and industry trends to keep our systems up-to-date
- Develop detailed plans for implementing system changes, including timelines, resources, and costs
- Test system changes before implementation to ensure functionality and compatibility
- Train employees on new systems or procedures as needed
- Provide ongoing support for computer system issues or questions from employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Familiarity with various programming languages, operating systems, and databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Utena (accommodation provided if needed)
