QA Engineer



As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This is a contract job based in Braga, Portugal, but we welcome candidates from other nationalities as well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure maximum coverage of product features
- Identify, record and track bugs to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process
- Conduct manual and automated testing on web-based applications and mobile applications
- Provide feedback to improve product features and usability
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues before they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proficient in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or equivalent
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position.
