Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure the accuracy of land boundaries, elevations, and other important details. Your role will involve using advanced tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data on land features. You will also be responsible for creating detailed maps and reports based on your survey findings. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment. Prior experience in land surveying is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, elevations, and other important information
- Use advanced tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintain accurate records of survey data
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in the use of GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1300/month
