Customer Service Representative


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Medina. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information about our products and services
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in basic computer skills, such as data entry and navigation of various software programs

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Medina, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. English proficiency is preferred but not required.
