General Manager

Responsibilities

Establishing a local company and managing its daily operations
Esatablishing a local talent team, including finance, customer service and marketing, and build a communication mechanism with teams in HQ
Being responsible for establishing good contacts with the governemnt, central bank and other relevant departments, prompty conveying the EU and Croatia policy changes to the HQ, and making forward-looking strategic analysis and recommendations
Taking an active role in top level negotiations with important partners

Requirements:

Bachelor in Finance, Economics or equivalent; MBA is a plus
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Background in high growth and scale companies or management consulting, experience in internet finance is a plus
Successful track record in leadership, strategy and business development
Experience in recruiting with a strong eye for top talent
Fluency in Croatian & English

Where to work?
