General Manager vacancy in Zagreb Croatia

Responsibilities

• Establishing a local company and managing its daily operations
• Esatablishing a local talent team, including finance, customer service and marketing, and build a communication mechanism with teams in HQ
• Being responsible for establishing good contacts with the governemnt, central bank and other relevant departments, prompty conveying the EU and Croatia policy changes to the HQ, and making forward-looking strategic analysis and recommendations
• Taking an active role in top level negotiations with important partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance, Economics or equivalent; MBA is a plus
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in high growth and scale companies or management consulting, experience in internet finance is a plus
• Successful track record in leadership, strategy and business development
• Experience in recruiting with a strong eye for top talent
• Fluency in Croatian & English
