Experienced Baker

We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team in Dickirch. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts. You will need to have a strong understanding of baking techniques and be able to follow recipes accurately. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a professional kitchen setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet production deadlines
- Ensure all food safety standards are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and creative flair for decorating baked goods
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available for non-EU nationals

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
