As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings in Jerusalem. Your primary role will be to work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative designs that meet their requirements. You will also collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience in commercial architecture and possess strong leadership skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Your communication skills must be excellent as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and team members on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress against them
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on your team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technologies, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
