Commercial Architect - Jerusalem

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your primary goal will be to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being followed accurately
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the building process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
