Entry-Level Baker


Our bakery in Jerusalem is seeking an entry-level baker to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to start their career in the industry. As an entry-level baker, you will work under the supervision of our experienced bakers, learning the fundamentals of baking and gaining hands-on experience in a professional bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and baking various breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Assist with packaging and labeling finished products
- Learn how to use bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Good physical stamina as this job involves standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Shifts may vary depending on the needs of the bakery, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month. As you gain more experience and skills, there will be opportunities for growth within the company.
