We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of bakers and pastry chefs
- Create and develop new recipes for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are consistently delicious
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Train new bakers and provide ongoing guidance to improve their skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery at all times
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate orders and deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Ability to create unique recipes while also maintaining consistency in existing products
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and other departments
- Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary education preferred
