Executive Chef


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Vilnius. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that align with the restaurant's concept and target audience
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Oversee all food preparation processes and ensure dishes are prepared to high standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Monitor portion control to minimize waste and ensure consistency in taste
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen, including storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Create special menus for events or occasions as requested by management
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new dishes to keep the menu fresh

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety regulations
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Creativity in menu planning and developing new dishes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates from Pakistan or Nepal who meet all job requirements.

Freshers Welcome:
We welcome freshers with a passion for cooking and relevant education or training. We provide on-the-job training for this position.

English Proficiency:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position. However, candidates must have basic communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with other team members.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Vilnius if not currently located there.
