We are a leading logistics company looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to take their career to the next level. As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse operations and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment and visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment
- Train new warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse operations or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Valid work permit or visa for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)
- Fluency in English preferred but not required
