Team Lead - Mauren, Nepal

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring that they meet their goals and deliver high-quality work. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and fostering collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Set clear objectives and targets for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor individual team member's progress and provide regular performance evaluations
- Create a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the organization
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best potential
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Mauren, Nepal (This location is preferred but not mandatory)

Note: This is an on-site position. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Nepal.
