Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Herning. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales representatives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Set sales targets and track progress towards meeting them
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Conduct performance evaluations for the sales team
- Prepare reports on sales performance, budgeting, and forecasts

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Salary: $1000 per month (without accommodation)

This position is suitable for both men and women. Having a biometric passport is preferred but not required.
