Bank Teller for Canadian Bank in Jeddah

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Bank Teller to join our team at a Canadian bank in Jeddah. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing financial transactions. This is a full-time position with no English language requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers. The salary for this role is 1000$. Please note that this position does not include accommodation and requires visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their banking needs, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle currency exchanges according to current rates
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Maintain security of all transactions and confidential customer information

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (preferred but not required)
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with banking software or computer systems is an asset

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday to Thursday. The bank is closed on weekends. As this position does not include accommodation, candidates must have their own place of residence in Jeddah. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate.
