Cashier at a Retail Store in Bayan

We are seeking a skilled and organized Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Bayan. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent customer service. Your main duties will include operating the cash register, processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent math skills and attention to detail. Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred. You must also have strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile daily sales
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints or difficult situations calmly
- Basic computer skills for operating the cash register
