Handyman - Nairobi, Kenya

Our company in Nairobi, Kenya is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks on our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Install and maintain fixtures such as lights, door handles, and locks
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or appliances
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure the safety and functionality of properties
- Keep track of supplies and materials needed for repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with clients effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
$1800 per month

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.
