Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategic plans to meet sales targets
- Communicate effectively with potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Keep track of market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve products or services based on customer feedback
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as needed
