We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Concrete Worker to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to project specifications. Responsibilities:
- Prepare work site by setting up necessary equipment and materials
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using measuring tools
- Set up forms and molds according to project specifications
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surface using various tools such as trowels and screeds
- Apply curing or sealing compounds as needed
- Finish surfaces by hand or with power tools to ensure a smooth surface
- Repair any defects or imperfections in the concrete structure
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national living in Beer-Sheva or willing to relocate
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- No prior experience required, but experience working with concrete is a plus
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to read and understand project plans
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Salary:
Starting salary is 1400$ per month. Regular performance evaluations will be conducted with the potential for salary increases based on performance.
