Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly creative and talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Jerusalem. In this role, you will use your expertise in architectural design to create innovative and functional spaces. You will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, models, and designs for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for architecture and a desire to work on unique projects. Fluency in English is required and experience is preferred but not required. Biometric passport is mandatory for all applicants.

Salary: 1400$

Location: Jerusalem, Israel

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design needs
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models and renderings to showcase design concepts
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Adapt designs based on feedback from clients or team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design or related field
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
