We are hiring a skilled JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality JAVA-based software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions accordingly
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner
- Conduct unit testing to ensure software quality and identify any defects
- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and improve overall code quality
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve your skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong proficiency in core JAVA programming language and object-oriented design principles
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript would be a plus
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or Oracle
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
