Construction Project Manager


A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various building projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the construction industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed
- Provide guidance and support to on-site staff including foremen, contractors, and laborers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Familiarity with project management software such as AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is preferred

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai but may require occasional travel to job sites within the region.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
