IT Support Specialist - Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Perform regular maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train users on new software or equipment
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Experience with troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This position is open for Indian nationals who have a valid work visa for Liechtenstein. Accommodation will not be provided. English language proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.
