Technical Support Specialist


We are searching for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team in Eschen. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and customers. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and maintaining accurate documentation of all support requests.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing timely solutions
- Escalating complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary
- Keeping accurate records of all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborating with other members of the IT team to identify recurring issues and provide proactive solutions
- Providing training or guidance to customers on new products or updates
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on company systems and equipment
- Assisting with the installation and configuration of new hardware or software as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: $1600 per month
