English Speaking Moderator


We are currently seeking an English speaking Moderator to join our team in Mauren. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all users. Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user questions, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Engage with users to promote positive interactions and build community rapport
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for community growth and engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features on various platforms

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Experience in moderating online communities or managing social media accounts is preferred
- Knowledge of online safety practices and guidelines is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
