A reputable construction company in Karachi is seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently operate equipment to assist with various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues immediately to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
