Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required for freshers
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working with heavy machinery
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Skills:
