Handyman/Building Maintenance Technician



We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman/Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Karachi. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our building and facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the building and facilities to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as required
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, equipment, or systems
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed and materials used
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Building Maintenance Technician
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency preferred)
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and tickets for eligible candidates.
