Merchandising Coordinator

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual presentation of products in our retail stores. This includes creating appealing displays, ensuring proper inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors to receive new products. You will also work closely with the store managers to implement merchandising strategies that align with our brand image and attract customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and on-brand product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure restocking of products as needed
- Collaborate with vendors to receive new products and ensure timely delivery to stores
- Communicate with store managers to understand their needs and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Train store employees on proper product placement and visual standards
- Conduct store visits to evaluate merchandising efforts and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or visual display
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of inventory management systems

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
- Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer behavior
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken)
