Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Bergen. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use advanced statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends and patterns
- Develop data models and algorithms to support business decisions
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Stay updated with industry developments in data analytics and apply new techniques as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics roles
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with large datasets
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
